Box Hill Fell Race 7.5m 1700ft ascent John James reports: A very fine dry day down in Surrey this morning, a record number of 232 runners, going was pretty muddy on the flats, slippery on the descents and just plain painful on the ascents. Great fun though, will probably go again next year.
