Hedingham Half Self-Navigation Trail 13.2m 8 February 2009 Steve White reports: Paul Burgess and myself ran the above self-navigation trail race on Sunday, round the pretty countryside surrounding the village of Sible Hedingham. On a lovely sunny morning, Paul kept us on the right path despite my best efforts to take diversions. The run served as a perfect training run, with the only drawback being the lack of a pub at the end, so we settled for soup and tea in the village hall.
