Puma Garburn Trail Race 15m Gavin Long reports: This was a really big event, with activities going on throughout the day. Not only was there the main Trail Race which we did (won by Andi Jones – highest British finisher in last years London Marathon), but there were also a few shorter trail races. I think that over all, more than 1000 people took part in one race or another. There were also a range of kids races. My daughter Madeleine took second prize in the 10s & under competition, and was presented with her prize by Tony Audenshaw (apparently he is a big star of Emmerdale, see picture).
